These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Metabo: GLP-1 Shot Tracker mobile application (“App”), operated by GRAVLOOM – FZCO (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
1. Purpose of the App
Metabo: GLP-1 Shot Tracker is designed to help users track GLP-1 treatment schedules, meals, wellness data, and related progress. The App is intended for informational and organizational purposes only.
The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
2. No Medical Advice Disclaimer
The App is not a medical device and does not replace professional medical advice.
You acknowledge and agree that:
The App is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease
All health-related decisions should be made in consultation with a qualified healthcare professional
The Company is not responsible for any medical decisions made based on information entered into or displayed by the App
Use of the App is at your own risk.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features, you may be required to create an account.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and current information
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Cloud Synchronization
The App uses secure cloud services solely to allow users to access their data across multiple devices.
We do not use cloud services for advertising, analytics, or behavioral tracking.
You acknowledge that cloud-based access requires an internet connection and that uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
5. Subscriptions and Premium Features
Certain features may require a paid subscription.
By purchasing a subscription:
Payment will be charged through your Apple ID
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You are responsible for managing or canceling subscriptions through your Apple App Store account
The Company does not manage refunds; refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with its policies.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the App for unlawful purposes
Input false, misleading, or abusive content
Attempt to interfere with the App’s security or functionality
Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the App or any part of it
We reserve the right to restrict access for violations of this section.
7. Family Link Feature
If you enable the Family Link feature, you are responsible for:
Ensuring you have the right to share data with linked individuals
Managing permissions and access levels
The Company is not responsible for how shared data is used by family members.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks, and intellectual property related to the App are owned by or licensed to GRAVLOOM – FZCO.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
9. Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
By using the App, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and understood the Privacy Policy.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or if required by law.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GRAVLOOM – FZCO shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Data loss or service interruptions
Health outcomes resulting from use of the App
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
12. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to GRAVLOOM – FZCO, without regard to conflict of law principles.
